Professional
Strategy Lead at scale. Operational efficiency and structural growth in residential development.
Career Overview
I am currently Strategy & Business Management Lead at Lennar, one of the largest homebuilders in the US. I lead strategic initiatives, build organizational frameworks, and serve as an internal consulting partner for various teams across the company. Much of my work involves synthesizing complex data and creating actionable insights to help business leaders make key decisions. Prior to my current role, I worked in Investor Relations and Business Analytics at Locust Point Capital, a private debt fund. Before Locust Point, I was a Manager on the Investment Analysis and Research team at Sonder, a tech-driven global hospitality firm. I built a world-class real estate underwriting machine, enabling data-driven growth into new and existing markets across North America. Not only did I supervise a team conducting financial and market analysis and evaluating deals, but I also presented findings and investment opportunities to the C-Suite and other leaders at the company. Pre-COVID, I sold residential real estate in New York City. My largest sale was a $6.6M new development condo and I developed a specialty in loft apartments. During this time, I earned my MBA at NYU Stern.
Approach & Skill Set
I have a strategic, analytical, and quantitative skill set, with experience in project management, forecasting, and optimization. Additionally, my sales, customer success, and internal consulting experiences help me to bring a well-rounded approach to my work. I like to use quantitative analysis to find creative solutions to complex problems and always keep scalability and resiliency in mind.
Current Position
In my current position at Lennar, I am responsible for managing organization-wide initiatives, impacting both the Lennar Technology Group and the broader company. My biggest current priorities are driving location strategy, including space planning, resource forecasting, and office build-outs, and coordinating the technology group's early careers program. I also help with ad-hoc internal consulting initiatives and am a Dolphins Cancer Challenge team ambassador.
Community & Board
Beyond my work experience, I enjoy giving back to the community. Currently, I volunteer with the Paws4You pet rescue organization, the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, and Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade. Additionally, I was elected to the Treasurer board member position of my local chapter of the Porsche Club of America. In this position, I am responsible for managing club finances, balancing our six-figure budget, and contributing to club strategy.
